I love long weekends. We get to be a family, we take naps together, we indulge in the things we like. I treated myself to a photoshoot, Frankie headed over to the driving range and Maya enjoyed a nap. Unfortunately the day ended with me discovering several blocked milk ducts. This is the second time this has happened to me in 2 weeks and there's something so deeply upsetting about it. I kept comforting myself saying this happens to almost every breastfeeding mom and nursed Maya on all fours to help unclog my milk ducts. She absolutely hated it but it did the trick.
